Retrak is committed to enabling vulnerable children find a permanent home away from the street. But we can’t do it on our own – we rely on ordinary people spending a few hours of their time to help raise funds for our projects in Africa.

• Alison from Bristol did a tandem Skydive and raised £1,400
• John and David held a classical music concert and raised £1,600
• The Wood family completed a 90 mile sponsored walk through the lake district and raised £1,165
• Sue asked for donations for her 50th birthday instead of presents and raised over £1,000
• Kerstin climbed a 7,000 metre mountain in Pamir, raising £800
• Mike ran a half-marathon and raised £250
