At long last we have appointed a Farm Manager, named Emmanuel, at Tudabujja Halfway Home. He will be responsible for the daily management of the farm, care of all livestock and crops, finding markets for the produce and training the residents in basic agricultural skills.  Emmanuel has already come up with a brilliant idea for nursery farming and there are now rows and rows of seedlings being prepared for transplanting.  He explained to Andy Williams recently, "This nursery farm is not just to teach the boys about different plants and trees.  I want every boy who leaves here to take a seedling and to plant a tree of remembrance when he reaches his destination. Then in years to come the people will know in that village - that tree brought our son back"
