We are delighted to welcome Isabel Turner as our new Country Director for Retrak Uganda.  

Isabel was previously at the British High Commission in Uganda and we are really pleased to have her leading the work with street children in Uganda. Isabel has lived and worked in Uganda for fifteen years, with several years experience with NGO’s and organisations working with children and families coping with HIV/AIDS.  Isabel will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to Retrak Uganda.

Speaking about her appointment, Isabel said that she was “...very excited and really looking forward to working with the team....” Isabel, as a mother and foster parent herself, will be able to bring important empathy and insight to the work we do in Uganda.
