How your BUSINESS can support Retrak
We believe that no child should be forced to live on the street. Your company has the power to make an extraordinary difference to the lives of vulnerable children separated from their families.
Every company, big or small, has something special to offer vulnerable street people. Whether that’s helping us to save money by offering services in-kind, or encouraging your employees to donate personally, we would be delighted to talk to you about the different ways your company can get involved.
There are many ways for your business and employees can get involved and the best place to start is by contacting us today.
Inspire your colleagues
We can work together with your team to come up with fun, innovative activities that encourage team spirit and raise money for Retrak at the same time. Talk to us today about employee fundraising. Either send us an email or give us a call on 0161 485 6685.
Charity of the Year
Nominate Retrak as your charity of the year and you and your colleagues will be helping children move from the streets and into a safer, more positive future.
Payroll Giving is an easy and tax efficient way to donate to your favourite charities directly through your salary. If your employer already operates the scheme ask your payroll department about setting up a donation to Retrak. For advice about setting up a scheme in your workplace contact us or visit www.gov.uk/payroll-giving for more info.
Gifts in kind and pro bono work
Perhaps your company supplies goods and services that may be of use to Retrak. Retrak would love to speak to you if you can offer any of the following: children’s shoes and clothing; books; games; sports equipment; arts and crafts materials; stationery; IT equipment; cycles, vehicles or minibuses; catering equipment.
The most powerful way to engage with Retrak is through volunteering at our centres. For the right business we have opportunities for a team of volunteers from your company to visit our centres to gain a hands-on experience of supporting street children. Contact us to see if your business would be eligible.
