Retrak’s Annual Review shows tens of thousands of lives changed

Cover page

Each year on April 12th, countries worldwide recognise the plight of street-connected children, of which there are an estimated 100 million.

We envisage a world where children never feel forced to flee to the streets, to lives where trafficking, violence, and poverty can be overwhelming. With your continued support, we intend to avert these harrowing outcomes and make lasting change possible for the thousands of children we work with.

To coincide with International Day for Street Children, we publish our new Annual Review today, sharing the achievements in the lives of children, families, and communities. We have reached more beneficiaries than ever before, thanks to our valued supporters and partnerships, including more than 4,000 women participating in our self-help groups.

Because of your devotion and belief, children like Samree* have received unique education in child protection clubs, learning about the dangers of migrating and why staying in school is important.

To discover even more stories of lives changed, read the full Annual Review here.

Retrak is now part of the Hope for Justice family, which we believe will take us to new heights, strengthening our programmes and turning around even more lives.

With your help, let’s make 2018 our best year yet.
